Munro Homes currently has a showhome and sales centre in Harbour Landing; staffed with full time sales staff, dedicated to new home construction. Munro's sales staff works with customers from the beginning of each project, guiding the customer from preliminary sketches through until possession.
Truly personal service is the key - our project consultants ensure that every need and concern is addressed, before, during and after the construction of your new Munro Home.
Heather McGinnis has been working as a full time Project Consultant with Munro Homes since 1993. Heather's capacity as Project Consultant encompasses many different areas. She works in our show homes and greets clients, works with our home designer and Munro clients to come up with custom home designs, the administration of pricing of new homes, as well as acting as a liaison between clients and home builder throughout the new home building process.
Munro Homes Ltd. and Heather share the same philosophy - truly personal service is the key to our success. Heather has been awarded Sales Volume Awards many times during the past 18 years by the Regina and Region Home Builder's Association. Currently, Heather serves as a Director of the RRHBA , is an active member for the Builder Committee with the RRHBA, serves on the Judging Committee of the National SAM Awards with the CHBA, as well as being Chair of the CHBA National Sales and Marketing Committee.
Design
Custom, innovative design and drafting are available to truly customize home plans to meet the individual needs of Munro clients. Munro’s design staff can help bring your ideas to life. Munro’s interior designer works with clients to enhance the home design and coordinate the interior finish as well as the exterior. Munro’s focus is on fresh ideas, new trends, and better design to suit the needs and lifestyles of all clients.
