Munro Homes Ltd. began operation in Regina in 1984 and is owned by Garry and Virginia Munro and Colin and Ashley Chorneyko.
Since 1984 Munro has built hundreds of homes of all types in Regina and surrounding area, including Regina Beach, Buena Vista, Weyburn, White City, Lumsden, Deer Valley, Emerald Park, Avonlea, Pilot Butte, Grand Coulee and Moose Jaw.
Munro Homes has been a member of the Regina & Region Home Builders' Association for over 25 years, Saskatchewan Home Builders Association, and New Home Warranty Program of Saskatchewan. The Company has achieved Master Builder status with the Saskatchewan Home Builders Association as well as at the national level with the Canadian Home Builders Association. Munro Homes is also a certified R2000 Builder with Natural Resources Canada and an Energy Star Certified Builder with REHI Saskatchewan.
Many of the sub trades used by Munro Homes have been with us for over 10 years. Munro Homes’ tradespeople are hired based on their proven performance and prestigious ability within the home building industry. An outstanding rapport has been established with trade suppliers, allowing Munro Homes to maintain a well-balanced working relationship with sub trades and suppliers.
Munro Homes Ltd. employs a full time superintendent whose job it is to monitor construction from start to finish. Munro’s quality control ethics are reflected in every Munro Home built in Saskatchewan.
